Our Full-Page “Parks, Not Parkways” Ad in the Peterborough Examiner
Our campaign is escalating!
Your donations and passionate responses to our petition made this full-page ad in the November 7th Peterborough Examiner possible. The ad’s message:
“Mayor Bennett and members of Council, we want Parks, not Parkways. We are deeply concerned with current proposals to pave the Parkway corridor and build a bridge through Jackson Park. There are better choices for our City’s transportation and other needs.”
